    Concrete test mould

    The concrete test mould is composed of bottom formwork, side formwork partition shaft, bracket hinge bolt and butterfly nut and other parts.

    Construction use
    This model is composed of bottom template, side template separator shaft, bracket hinge bolt and butterfly nut (see figure). The bottom template is made of high-strength cast iron. The side template and separator are used Supported by hard carbon steel, the bracket is fixed on the low formwork. The joint bolt is connected to the bracket with a cylindrical pin, and can rotate around the axis of the cylindrical pin. When assembling, first put the two side templates on the bottom template plane relatively vertically, insert the shafts on the joint bolts into the grooves at both ends of the side template, fix it slightly, and then insert the partition into the groove of the side template. Align the two side templates to ensure that the mold cavity is square, and then tighten the butterfly nut on the shaft, and tap the side of each board with a wooden hammer to make the lower side on the same plane, and then tighten the joint bolt The butterfly nut on the top ensures that the lower side of each board is close to the plane of the low template.

    Precautions
    Before each test block, apply a thin layer of engine oil or mold release agent to the inner wall of the test cavity.
    When disassembling, loosen the butterfly nut on the joint bolt, and loosen the butterfly nut on the shaft, together with the joint bolt from the side template groove, you can remove the side template, every time after demolding, you should try your best Wipe off the slag on the surface of each part and apply anti-rust oil.

    Testing method

    1. Check the concrete test form by sensory, it should be made of cast iron or steel, the inner surface should be machined flat and smooth, and there should not be any sand holes or defects.
    2. Use vernier calipers to measure the length and diameter of each side of the concrete test form, the value should be consistent with: 100×100×100 test form 100±0.2mm on each side;
    150×150×150 150±0.2mm.
    3. Use the vernier caliper to measure the diagonal of the concrete test form, and the value should be no more than 1mm.

    Inspection regulations
    Concrete and mortar test molds are used to make test pieces for testing concrete and mortar mechanical properties and their long-term and durability test specimens.

    skills requirement:
    1.1 Concrete and mortar trial molds are made of cast iron or steel, and the inner surface should be machined flat and smooth, and there should not be any sand holes or defects.
    1.2 The unevenness of the inner surface of the test mold shall not exceed 0.05mm per 100mm.
    1.3 After the cube and cuboid test modules are assembled, each adjacent surface must be vertical, and the edge length should not exceed ±1%.

    Standard instruments for inspection: right-angle ruler, vernier caliper with 0.02mm division.

    Testing method:
    3.1 Sensory inspection shall meet the 1.1 indicators in the technical requirements.
    3.2 Use the perpendicularity and unevenness of adjacent surfaces at right angles.
    3.3 Use a ruler and vernier caliper to measure the edge length and diameter.

    Evaluation of test results: Must fully meet the technical requirements.

    Inspection period: three months
