Working Principle
This machine is mainly composed of transmission, swing, shock, clamping mechanism and electrical components. The motor drives the gear through the main shaft transmission shaft, and the worm gear drives the cam. The main eccentric shaft drives the two auxiliary eccentric shafts, so that the seat has dual movements of rotation and shock.
Installation
This machine can be directly placed on the cement floor without cement foundation, or it can be installed on the cement foundation. The size of the foundation screw is as shown in the figure: its thickness is 300 mm. The height and size of the foundation exposed above the ground or level with the ground, depending on the specific use needs, install the circuit and ground according to the electrical regulations. After the installation is completed and the power is turned on, the motor rotates in the same direction as the arrow, and there is a shock movement. If it is the opposite, the motor runs idle. At this time, the terminal can be replaced before it can be started normally. 4. Operation and maintenance
Before starting the machine, unscrew the upper bolts and add enough lubricating oil. It is appropriate to use 5 kg of No. 20 ordinary engine oil. When installing the screen, first turn the tightening bolts to the left to loosen the screen cover fixing top rod, then lift it up together with the screen cover, and then turn it right to fix it. The screen can be placed on the tray.
