The trainer display the basic principles and structures of diesel engine and simulate its operation

Features:

This trainer able to simulate normal engine operation, i.e. Starting, idling, acceleration, deceleration, fault set and troubleshooting, etc. Equipped with fault simulation systems to simulate multiple failures in the real engine equipped with voltmeter to show the real-time change of the sensors and actuators. The training panel should be printed with the color circuit schematics which makes the students can understand and analyzing the engine control system directly. Test terminals mounted on the training panel, electrical signal, such as the resistance, voltage, current, frequency, waveform of the sensors, actuators can be measured by multimeter or oscilloscope through the test terminals. Equipped with ignition switches, relays, safety devices, safety shields, flywheels and other rotating parts shields. Equipped with fault setting module: manual fault set module
