    working principle
    The concrete vibrating table is mainly composed of a platform base frame, a vibrator spring and other components. The table surface and the base frame are welded by steel plates and section steel. The vibration table is composed of a motor and a pair of identical eccentric wheels. And it is installed at the center position of the table (rear side) through a pair of hanger couplings, which plays the role of stable and vertical direction during the vibration process.

    Commissioning and installation methods
    1 Lifting:
    There are four Φ40 holes on both sides of the table and the bottom frame, which are lifting holes. When the whole machine is transported, four lifting holes on both sides of the bottom frame are used as the whole machine. When disassembling the table top, four lifting holes on both sides of the table top are used. The hook of the lifting equipment should be inserted into the hole to raise the table top by about 5cm, so that the movable table top and the positioning pin under the bottom frame can be lifted before being lifted. mesa.
    2 Installation:
    Before installing the vibrating table, install four M16 anchor bolts on the cement foundation according to the “Anchor Bolt Position Dimension Drawing”. The plane on the cement foundation must be leveled. Then fill in the anti-vibration rubber cushion, when you install the chassis and tighten the fixing bolts, you should find the level of the chassis. In front of the installation of the movable table, fill the upper part of the bottom frame with hard rubber. After the table and the bottom frame are installed into the seat, it is found that the four corners of the table are uneven, and a thin rubber can be padded at the uncompressed rubber cushion until the table is evenly compressed around the table .
    Instructions for use
    1. Before installing the vibrating table, the foundation should be laid first. When laying the foundation, the upper plane should be found horizontally and the fixing bolts should be buried according to the bolt holes of the bottom beam.
    2. Before the vibration table is installed and tested, start driving for 3-5 minutes and then stop. Check all the tightening bolts. If it is loose, it must be tightened before use.
    3. During the vibration process of the vibration table cloth, the concrete products should be firmly fastened on the vibration table. The required vibration products should be placed symmetrically with the table surface to balance the load. The user of the vibration device fastening device can according to their own needs Designed and prepared by yourself.
    4. The vibrator bearing should be checked frequently, and it should be regularly disassembled and washed, and the lubricating oil should be replaced to keep the bearing well lubricated and prolong the service life of the vibrator.
    5. The vibrating table should have a reliable ground wire to ensure safety.
    Operating procedure
    1. The vibration table needs to be tested before use. First drive it with no load for 3 to 5 minutes, stop and tighten all the fastening parts, and repeat it for 2 to 3 times before it can be officially put into operation.
    2. In the production and use of the vibrating table, the test mold of the concrete test piece must be firmly fastened on the worktable, and the placement of the test mold must be symmetrical with the center line of the table top to balance the load.
    3. The vibration motor should have a good and reliable ground wire.
    4. If the noise is abnormal during the production process of the vibrating table, it should be stopped immediately. Unplug the power supply and check whether the fastening parts are loose. If necessary, check whether the eccentric block in the vibration motor is loose or the parts are damaged. Tighten the loose parts and replace them. Damaged parts.
    5. After use, turn off the power and clean the vibration table.
