Concrete Crack Integrated Detector is mainly designed to accurately detect crack width and depth in bridges, tunnels,concrete pavements and so on.

It is a multi-purpose instrument which can both measure the crack width and depth. Operator can not only view and record the crack width by color amplification probe, but also can measure the crack depth by ultrasonic probe.

• Standard and senior color microscopic magnification probe are available for selection to meet the different needs of width measurements.
• Two kinds of depth measurement methods: standard and simple depth measurement. The users can make standard depth measurement according to the specified procedures, or use simple method to quickly measure the crack depth by two points across the crack which greatly simplifies the operating process.
• Standard ultrasonic transducer bracket, precise and adjustable; free from scene marking-out, which can greatly improve the detection efficiency. Touch screen makes the operation simple and quick.
• Image automatic recognition and width intelligent computing technology, crack positions needn’t be adjusted, on-site testing becomes more convenient;
• Crack automatic identification and calculation, real-time display, high degree of intelligence.
