Daily maintenance
1. The power supply voltage must be accurate when using the concrete pressure testing machine;
2. The cable connecting the sensor and the host must not have an intermediate connector. If it is damaged, the cable needs to be replaced and the wiring is accurate;
3. When using it, you must follow the procedures specified in the manual.
4. It is strictly forbidden for the lower pressure plate to exceed the piston stroke during operation.
5. After a long period of work, the seal ring may fail and cause serious oil leakage in the cylinder. In this case, follow the method below to replace the seal ring.
(1) Remove the lower pressure plate and dust cover;
(2) Remove the inner wall seal ring and ring of the cylinder after lifting out the piston with 2 M12 eye bolts;
(3) Replace with new seals and rings, carefully put in the piston, and cover the pressure plate. When not in use, always keep its appearance smooth and clean. Do not bruise, scrape and accumulate impurities.
Operating procedure
1. Connect the power cord, select the appropriate gear, and press the “Set” button to set the system. If no adjustment is required, proceed directly to the next step.
2. Press the “Reset” button to reset, place the test piece, align the center position, then turn the hand wheel, adjust the screw, so that the upper pressure plate is about 5mm from the test piece, press the “Start” button to start the motor (red signal Bright, if it is not bright, the rate will not be displayed, and the test data cannot be saved and printed).
3. Close the oil return valve, slowly open the oil delivery valve, and control the loading at the required rate until the test piece ruptures.
4. Open the oil return valve, close the oil feed valve, and remove the test pieces at the same time. Put the second and third test pieces in the same way.
5. Open the oil return valve to unload, press the “Print” button to print out all the test contents. After the test is completed, press the “Stop” button to stop the motor and turn off the power.
6. It is best not to turn the handwheel to allow the piston to fall freely when doing the test of the same size test block, which not only ensures the test accuracy, but also saves time.
7. When the piston exceeds the maximum stroke (about 20mm), the proximity switch plays a protective role, and the press stops working. At this time, the handle of the oil return valve should be opened to lower the piston for a certain distance, and then re-test.
8. During the working process of the testing machine, when the control system is abnormal, please directly turn off the power switch.
9.The shell of the testing machine must be safely grounded.
Calibration method
1. Turn on the power.
2. Press “Reset” to reset.
3. Select the gear to be calibrated (1000kN or 2000kN).
4. Press the “Calibrate” key.
5. Enter the password “761013” and press the “OK” key. At this time, the system displays “C0”, which indicates the calibration zero point.
6. Press the “Start” button to start the motor.
7. Press the “OK” button, the system displays “C20”.
8. Close the oil return valve, open the oil delivery valve, load smoothly, raise the piston slowly, and stabilize the oil delivery valve. At this time, the display may not necessarily display 0.0 (± 1.0 is the allowable value), and start the verification from 20% of the rated load (such as 20% of the 2000kN press is 400.0kN, based on the force measuring ring), and the verification should be five points , (Five points should be 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, 100% of the maximum load).
When the dynamometer shows close to 20% of the rated load, close the small oil delivery valve and slowly approach 20% of the rated load (for example, 20% of the 2000kN press is 400.0kN, based on the force ring). Press the “Confirm” button at the same time of arrival, 20% of the points are completed.
9. Similarly, calibrate 40%, 60%, 80%, and 100% sequentially. When 100% is completed, the system automatically exits the calibration state. However, the system must save the calibration value only after all are completed.
10. Open the oil return valve and close the oil feed valve.
If the difference between the digital display of the calibration and the display of the dynamometer is relatively large, it needs to be calibrated twice, generally only once. After the calibration is completed, the system must be tested. The system can randomly detect 6 points of data, generally 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, 100% and zero of the maximum load of the calibration.
Installation and commissioning

After unpacking the pressure testing machine, there is a lifting threaded hole on the body covered with a nylon plug. Lift the nylon plug, screw a M20 lifting screw provided with the screw into the threaded hole, and use the lifting machine to lift to the preset place . (When transporting, pay attention to the protruding parts of the machine)
For the convenience of operation, the machine should be placed on a precast 720mmx600mm cement foundation 300mm above the ground. After the machine is installed horizontally, apply clean and kerosene-coated cotton yarn to wipe off the anti-rust agent applied to the machined surface of the machine, and then wipe the surface clean and apply a thin layer of mechanical oil.
debugging
(1) Oil injection
Use a screwdriver to loosen the fixing screws on the rear cover and remove the rear cover, and inject the appropriate amount of mechanical oil into the φ40mm hole of the fuel tank cover;
The amount of oil injected is appropriate to reach the middle position of the oil standard;
After filling the oil, close the rear cover.
Note:
When the ambient temperature is 15 ± 5 ℃, use GB443-84N68 machine oil
When the ambient temperature is 25 ± 5 ℃, use GB443-84N100 machine oil
(2) Electrical connection
Insert the random power plug into the corresponding socket. The power supply is 380V 50Hz.
(3) Start the oil pump to exhaust
Open the oil return valve and the oil feed valve. Turn on the power of the machine, and the display is in a random state. Press the “Start” button to start the motor, the oil pump starts to work, and the oil return valve is closed after about one minute of continuous operation. At this time, the lower pressure plate can be found to rise slowly. When the lower pressure plate rises to about 20mm, close the oil delivery valve and open the oil return At this time, the lower pressure plate is in the falling state. Repeat the above steps 3 to 4 times to completely eliminate the gas in the system.
