â– The whole machine is mainly composed of four parts: main engine, oil source, control cabinet and digital display meter. This machine adopts hydraulic system to apply test force, test data is measured by oil pressure sensor, digital tube display, with functions such as peak hold, load speed display, etc. The height of operation and display part is appropriate, which is convenient for testers to operate and observe.
â– The host is a two-post, fixed beam frame type loading mechanism, and the oil cylinder is located below the host. It is mainly composed of beam, base, oil cylinder, piston, upright, worktable, pressure plate, etc. The beam is supported by two uprights on the table surface of the worktable, and is tightened by a nut to form a load frame.
