Brief description of function and structure
■ YES-300 electro-hydraulic pressure testing machine is mainly used for compression test of various materials, such as: compressive strength test of cement, concrete, various building bricks, rubber pads, concrete members, metal members, etc.
■ The whole machine is mainly composed of four parts: main engine, oil source, control cabinet and digital display meter. This machine adopts hydraulic system to apply test force, test data is measured by oil pressure sensor, digital tube display, with functions such as peak hold, load speed display, etc. The height of operation and display part is appropriate, which is convenient for testers to operate and observe.
■ The host is a two-post, fixed beam frame type loading mechanism, and the oil cylinder is located below the host. It is mainly composed of beam, base, oil cylinder, piston, upright, worktable, pressure plate, etc. The beam is supported by two uprights on the table surface of the worktable, and is tightened by a nut to form a load frame. The center of the lower plane of the beam is equipped with an upper spherical seat and an upper pressure plate. The oil cylinder and the piston are located in the center of the worktable. Plate base and pressure plate. The circular engraving on the lower platen is for the convenience of sample placement. The workbench is installed on the rack, and the oil pipes in the rack communicate with the oil source control cabinet. After the control oil enters the cylinder, push the piston together with the fixed table and the lower pressure plate to rise, so that the test force gradually acts on the sample.
