I. Overview

The instrument is designed and produced by our factory in accordance with the requirements of JTGE40-2007 “Experimental Regulations for Highway Geotechnical Engineering”, JTJ052-2000 “Experimental Regulations for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering”, and JTJ057-94 “Experimental Regulations for Inorganic Contact Material Stability Data” . It is suitable for the demoulding of circular mold test pieces of various soils and mixtures, especially to meet the demoulding requirements of cement mixture strength test pieces, and its maximum load can reach 150KN.

The machine is compact in structure, slim in shape, light in weight and strong in reliability. Different precision positioning methods are selected, with limit protection function, to ensure safe and reliable demoulding.

4. How to use:

1. Before demoulding, firstly adjust the height of the lower tray, loosen the adjusting screw, the space between the lower trays is slightly higher than the height of the specimen cylinder, and then tighten the adjusting screw.

2. When it is used to remove the samples of Φ150 and Φ152, the large bulldozer can be placed on the pusher, and the sample cylinder should be placed on the upper tray. Then pull out the up switch, the sample can be pulled out, and then pull out the down switch, and when the push seat returns to the lowest position, the switch pull value will stop.

3. When it is used to take out the samples of Φ50, Φ100, Φ200, the retaining ring can be fixed on the upper tray with fixing screws, and the large plate on the push seat can be taken away, and the rest of the methods are the same as above.

5. Instrument repair and maintenance:

1. When in use, first insert the power plug into the power socket and turn on the power. After use, please unplug the power plug to cut off the power of the whole machine.

2. There is a three-phase motor inside the power cabinet, when the power is turned on, the indicator light is on.

3. If the motor does not move during use (that is, the motor rotates, but the retracting seat does not rise), it can run normally.

4. After use, please clean the upper and lower trays, push seats, etc. of the column, and put on a protective cover. If it is not used for a long time, you can apply rust oil on the surface to prevent parts from rusting.
