Product Overview
This H-type microbial fuel cell (MFC reactor) is a dedicated dual-chamber bioelectrochemical testing device, specially designed for laboratory microbial energy, wastewater treatment and electrochemistry research. Separated by ion exchange membrane, the anode and cathode chambers can carry out independent microbial culture and electrochemical reaction, which is the standard experimental vessel for MFC related academic research.
Core Product Advantages
High-Quality Borosilicate Glass Material
Adopt thick high-temperature resistant borosilicate glass, high light transmittance, convenient to observe the microbial growth and liquid state inside the cell; excellent resistance to acid, alkali and organic solvent corrosion, reusable after high temperature cleaning.
Reliable Sealing & Complete Supporting Parts
Equipped with red screw sealing caps, silicone gaskets and stainless steel fixed clips. The split clamping structure ensures tight sealing between the two chambers, effectively prevent liquid leakage and gas exchange interference during long-term experiments.
Rich Size & Interface Customization
Various standard volume combinations for choice: 50/100/250/500/1000mL single chamber capacity. Optional side 14# branch ports (2 ports / 3 ports) for electrode insertion, sampling, aeration and liquid adding operations. Custom non-side port versions are also available.
Easy Disassembly & Maintenance
Separate H-type two-chamber design, easy to disassemble to replace proton exchange membrane, clean residual microbial sludge and electrodes, greatly reduce experimental operation difficulty.
Wide Application Scenarios
Suitable for university environmental engineering laboratories, biochemistry research institutes, new microbial energy research, sewage power generation, microbial electrogenesis and related teaching experiments.
Standard Configuration
Glass H-type dual chamber cell, red PTFE screw cap, silicone sealing ring, stainless steel fixing clip.
Customizable side branch ports, extra ion exchange membranes and electrodes can be matched separately.
