2. Rotating frame
Connected to the measuring rod and feed port. A transparent and horizontal disc is installed at the lower part of the measuring rod, and the measuring rod is fixed in the digital display meter with positioning screws. The rotating frame is installed on the upright post to control the direction through the cross groove, and the position is fixed with the fixing screw. After the position, the axis of the measuring rod and the feeding port coincides with the axis of the container.
The diameter of the transparent disc is 230 ± 2mm, and the thickness is 10 ± 2mm. The load block is directly fixed on the disc. The total weight of the sliding part composed of measuring rod, disc and load block is 2750 ± 50g.

Debugging method
1. Instrument commissioning
The non-parallelism of the front surface of the instrument at the front of the factory is less than 1mm. The measurement method is: place the vibrating table on the platform and measure the height at the four corners of the table with a height ruler. The height should be less than 1mm. Must be readjusted. The adjustment method is: trim the thickness of the four machine feet.
2. Debug zero
Put the slump cylinder in the container and assemble a heavy object (its weight is equivalent to the weight of the material) in the slump cylinder. Loosen the four bolts, fasten the feed hopper to the upper edge of the slump cylinder, and fasten the rotating frame and the column according to the position in the figure (1), and then tighten the four hexagon head screws to check. Loosen the positioning screw, place the transparent disc on the slump tube according to the position shown in the figure, buckle the upright post and the guide rod, and press the zero key of the digital display to adjust the zero.
Operating procedure
1. Place on a solid horizontal platform, and moisten the container, slump tube, inner wall of the feeding port and other utensils with a damp cloth.
2. Fasten the feed port above the slump cylinder, correct the position of the container so that its axis coincides with the axis of the feed port, and then tighten the butterfly nut.
3. Put the concrete sample obtained according to the requirements into the slump tube with a spatula in three layers. After tamping each layer of material, it is about one third of the height. The ramming rod is evenly inserted on the cross section of each layer Twenty-five pounds should be inserted through this layer when inserting the second layer and the top layer, and the tamper will just enter the top layer of the next layer, and the top surface will be scraped after insertion.
4. Turn the transparent disc to the top of the slump cylinder to lock the positioning screw and adjust it to zero.
5. Turn the feed port and disc away, and lift the slump cylinder vertically. At this time, care should be taken not to cause lateral twisting of the concrete sample.
6. Turn the transparent disc to the top surface of the concrete circular table body, loosen the positioning screw, and lower the disc so that it can gently touch the concrete surface. The value read out is the slump value.
7. Press the “Start / Stop” button of the controller at the same time. When the bottom surface of the transparent disc is vibrated with the cement slurry, press the “Start / Stop” button. The vibration stops and the controller displays the value (time: unit seconds) ) Is the Weibo consistency value.
Maintenance and inspection
1. Every time it is used, the container, feed port, slump cylinder and transparent disc must be washed and wiped with a cloth, especially the mud on the transparent disc must be wiped off for the next observation. (After cleaning the instrument, dry the instrument, especially the electrical part must pay attention to moisture).
2. Before each vibration, you must check whether the components and parts are positioned and whether the screws are tightened everywhere.
3. For long-term use, the transparent disc should be polished in time if it is sanded, and it should be replaced in time if the thickness is less than 8mm. In use, if the weight is less than 2700 grams, the transparent disc should be replaced or a counterweight should be added. The method of adding counterweight is to fix a washer equivalent to 50 grams under the top screw.
